This October 28, starting at 8:00 am (GMT – 5), we invite you to the launch of the Course on Sustainable Gastronomy for the tourism sector in Colombia. You will learn about the experiences of five hotels and restaurants that are implementing sustainable gastronomy practices and discovering the opportunities they generate for their businesses, the planet and people.
Join this session from https://www.youtube.com/wwfcolombia and you will be able to:
- Enroll in a new – and free – online course to learn what sustainable gastronomy is and how to apply it in the tourism sector.
- Understand why sustainability is not only to take care of nature, but a bet with positive impacts on the business.
- Evaluate the state of the restaurant, hotel or lodging against the principles and practices of sustainable gastronomy.
This initiative, led by the Colombian Vice-Ministry of Tourism, UNEP and WWF, calls on all those who work in gastronomic and lodging establishments nationwide, understanding that their role is key for Colombia to be recognized as a sustainable gastronomic destination.
