The Coalition with the support of ENEL, as a private sector partner of the Coalition, and in collaboration with ECLAC, IDB and PACE as strategic allies invite to this 3rd institutional working table on metrics for the circular economy in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In this instance we will have the presentation of the experiences of Colombia and Chile and also the Basque Country in Spain.

One of the priority areas of work of the Circular Economy Coalition for Latin America and the Caribbean focuses on metrics. This area of work aims to improve knowledge on metrics, contribute to a better alignment and implementation of circular economy indicators, to facilitate the measurement of progress and impacts of the transition to the circular economy. These instances will contribute to a broader set of activities of the Coalition. Among them, the Circular Economy Gap Analysis for Latin America and the Caribbean for which the results of the roundtables will serve as an important input.

The objectives of these roundtables are to

Share ongoing practices and ambitions of companies in the region.
Discuss global best practices for measuring circularity.

The meeting will include an opportunity for short presentations as well as a space for discussion and exchange.
